Breakfast was quite limited, no fruit and no staff person to help out or get more coffee.
Negatives:
I arrived at 2:30, a half hour early. I was told that rooms were ready but had to pay a $20 early checkin fee! The toilet in the room was running, and the nice young man from Jamaica, who was alone at the busy time of arrivals, had to come fix it. Partying went on all night so the dog in the next room barked through the night.

Positives:
The breakfast was not what I expected at all. I expected a better variety which included breakfast sausage or bacon, eggs (scrambled or omelets), fruit & pastries. I did like the size of the room and that the hotel was pet friendly. I forgot to mention that I did like the grass pet area and the fact that they provided poop bags for the dogs and had the trash can nearby as well. The outside of the hotel was pretty nice and it was close to Rehoboth Beach which that was convenient.
Negatives:
My room had a musty moldy smell, the refrigerator/freezer had so much thick ice built up in it you could tell that it had not been defrosted in quite some time, the bathroom wallaby the toilet had mold on it as well as the ledge across the door frame. The indoor pool area ceiling was covered with thick black hairy patches of black mold and it was also on the upper sides of the walls in the pool area.The pool water was cold and the hot tub was broken. This was my birthday celebration and the first time I had been to Rehoboth Beach and it turned out to be not so good!

Most staff were pleasant. Room was great. Did say hello to three young male employees behind the desk and no reply.
Negatives:
No elevator. Had to carry luggage up large flight of steps. Desk Attendant helped at check in. Very pet friendly and we did not realize this. We are both very allergic.
