The air conditioner in the room was not functioning, so I contacted the front desk for help. They promised a maintenance staff member would come, but after waiting for an hour and a half, I called again. This time, they informed me that I needed to switch rooms because the air conditioning was not working in that room that night. I had to pack up all my belongings, go to the front desk, and get a new room. Due to the inconvenience and late hour (around 10:30-11 PM), I requested a late check-out, which was granted for only one hour without any compensation for the time lost. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the second room they provided was also not up to par.

Breakfast fee $ 18 pp and parking fee $20 p d did not agree fees advertised on Booking .Com which was breakfast @ $ 12 pp and parking @ $ 16 pd. Matter was taken up with Management but they refused to accept Booking.Com rates.
