The room setup is perfect and spacious. They look to have recently been redone and very comfortable.

The lobby smelled like smoke lots of people smoking weed everywhere. the garage was very tight and 4 people were smoking in it. Very uncomfortable to park with kids.

Positives:
There were many positives. The room was gigantic and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was GREAT, and the room had great amenities. Two big TVs that connect to Netflix, lots of plugs for your devices. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and nice -- seriously, we travel a lot and we really appreciated their staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area.
Negatives:
There is some sort of nightclub or something nearby. You could hear the bass playing until about 2 am. The room itself was pretty quiet and they did what they could to minimize noise, but it's just location. There's nothing the hotel could do about it. You might have better luck on a weekday night but we could hear it even with earplugs on both Friday/Saturday nights. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, I didn't feel comfortable going on a run.

The suite layout was excellent and the fridge and microwave a nice amenity. Free water very nice. Shower water hot and no pressure issues.
In and out parking privileges were helpful. Location good for top restaurants in vicinity.
Front desk staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Starbucks barista was great.

The bathroom was worn.. sloppy caulking, water damaged door. USB outlets in bedroom not working.
Lots of loud shady folks in park across the street at night. Have to keep an eye out walking at night.
