Owner is a 10 with...
Positives:
Pool went up to 8 feet deep, was easily accessible to guests, and also had handicap access though we didn't try out the mechanism to see if it worked. They also have a fully separate smaller pool meant for young children which went up to 12 inches deep connected to the main pool by a gate. The beds were nice and firm, and the staff was wonderful. They checked up on us when we were poolside and even helped me re-activate my key when I had issues getting back into my room.
The listing says that fees may apply to being pets, but I spoke to one of the front desk personnel before arriving and they confirmed there are pet friendly and that there are no fees aside from the $100 fully refundable deposit everyone pays on check-in.
Negatives:
The room smelled strongly of cigarettes when we first walked in, despite clearly posted "no smoking" signs throughout the complex and inside of the room itself. Not sure if the person who had the room before us was smoking inside or what, but the room could have done with a bit of airing out before being rented again. Probably could have asked for a room change with how great the staff had been, but the thought didn't occur to us
