Its a modern and clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in was smooth they did not ask for an incidental deposit. We were offered champagne and water while checking in. The room was neat with large window that you can slightly open to refresh the Air. There was water and wet napkins in the room.
Negatives:
They have a valet parking but it costs 60$ overnight. However, there was a parking lot right around the corner that costs 20-30$ overnight which was fair. I noticed one of the towel had a black spot.

No breakfast available . Could not find the electrtical plug near coffee pot had to move it. Was not told coffee was available in the lobby in the mornings. First morning no coffee. we discovered it for ourselves as we went on tour.

For the cost I would have at least a fan in the bathroom.
