The beds and pillows were great …that’s it
Negatives:
Ice and water machine didn’t work for the 5 days we were there.
Shower wasn’t getting hot 3/5 days
Breakfast was a real continental disgrace and even ended up eating elsewhere .
Staff were also very rude from the day of arrival.
I would not advise /recommend using this hotel.

Hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful had all high end finishes, bed extremely comfortable, and was quiet.
My booking included free breakfast which was a lovely continental buffet with option to order a delicious scrambled egg, cheese and herbs on toast. Fresh fruit was consistently being refreshed.
Negatives:
There wasn’t anything about property that I did not like.

Hotel was upscale,clean,modern and in an excellent location to restaurants.
Negatives:
I had breakfast included in my booking but hotel charged my bill for breakfast and I had to request a credit. I only received a partial credit because they lost some of they paperwork that I signed for each day. I called the manager and she stated that I would receive another credit in 3 to 5 days. I am still waiting for the credit.
