Location was really great and staff (especially valet/bellhops!) were great. My daughter forgot phone in car aft let if had been valet parked, and one of the guys (can’t remember his name, but he was from Ethiopia and recommended some nice restaurants) walked me to my car at my request and patiently waited while I dig around for it. I also like that they had hydration stations on every floor.
Negatives:
So…our room was never cleaned, and we were there 4 nts. I advised front desk when checking out and they offered to give me hotel loyalty pts, but when I advised I didn’t have a loyalty acct, I got a shrug and a sorry. Now, I didn’t make a stink about it, but if you stay and don’t get housekeeping service after a day or two, talk to front desk because it may not come.

Positives:
The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. Great location with plenty of places to eat close by. Parking available across the street, but not affiliated with the hotel nor comped. Friendly staff. I think it was a good value the money and I would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the pillows in the rooms (very flat), and having to pay for parking. I wish the hotel had some type of agreement or discount with the parking garage across the street. Also, the bar service was super slow. They need more bartenders working. The wait was so long, we went around the corner to the liquor store instead. Otherwise, not too much to complain about with this hotel. I give it a 9/10.

The location was extremely convenient with coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores all right outside the front door or walking distance. Very short walk to the metro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and smelled amazing.

The terrible service provided by the host at breakfast; he was rude, never smiled once, no thank you. The French toast was cold and so was the syrup, for $14 per order, it should have been satisfying. Worst food service in all my travel stays at hotels.
