Positives:
Amenities were great, food and hot drinks available to purchase. Room was lovely and spacious and Neflix app was available to use. Location was perfect right beside the Foggy Bottom Metro station.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

One lift was broken and the other was small so we had to wait ages to get one with enough room to bring our cases to our room.

Room had damp around the windows and in the bathroom.
Large holes/wear in the carpet.
Surprised reading about all the amenities available on other reviews (gym, water bottle filling and washing machine/dryer), we were given no information on check in just a simple 'this is your room number, the lift is there'.
Noisy neighbors & useless staff, we got woken up at 4am and went to reception for help (we couldn't get the phone to work in the room), the receptionist called the room causing the noise and 3 people came down and started shouting and threatening my partner. We checked out of the hotel a day early and have had no communication or refund for the final night of our stay as mentioned by reception staff, the receptionist we spoke to when checking out was shocked at how we had been treated and told us to bring it up with the hotel via email/booking.com, we have just been ignored. Be careful they also keep hold of the $150 security deposit for 1 month.
