Well-maintained rooms, excellent internet connectivity, friendly staff, 5 minutes' walk to public transportation. The laundry service also came in handy.

The window in our room was broken and didn't seal properly, making it somewhat noisy. Since the airport was nearby, we often heard planes landing and the storm that raged at night.

Positives:
The hotel is tucked in quiet neighborhood in Foggy Bottom area. It is close to the metro station - around 4 mins walk. You can reach the Mall by and around 15mins walk. to The Mall. Coffee shops and restaurants within 10-15mins walk.
The room AC was working great especially during the very warm and humid summer days in DC. The room was neat and spacious enough especially when you are traveling with luggages. The bathroom also has some extra space for your personal stuff. The WiFi signal was good. Coffee machine in the room and free coffee pods is a great feature. The staff were friendly.
Negatives:
There is only a single wall hook to hang your towel in the bathroom. The elevator is pretty slow. The lobby is pretty small . Not a fan for the $150 deposit when you checked in.
