Important for business traveller: the hotel does not provide invoices. I guess it is to avoid paying the corresponding taxes. They were incredibly rude. There are many better options to stay in DC

The staff was not attentive to my compliant to the noise in the first room. The maintenance guy never showed up so I had to go down to the reception and ask for a different room.

The location is great, just a small walk from the National Mall and the metro station. The room and bathroom were big, and the bed was very comfy.
Negatives:
I won’t say the staff were rude but they were definitely not friendly. I had an issue with the room’s card reader and I had to go up and down from the room to the reception 3-4 times before they sent someone from maintenance.

This was a nice surprise, hidden away in Foggy Bottom. Nice staff, big rooms and comfy beds. Everything was very clean and the rooms where silent.
Negatives:
The hotel doesn't have breakfast option, so a seating area in the room for own breakfast would be nice.
