Location was great for us and the front desk staff were really nice!

The service at the lobby restaurant wasn't great. The glasses were dirty, the waiters forgot multiple table’s orders. Leaving multiple people to either get up and leave or try and flag someone down.
Waitress came back to our table 3 times asking what we ordered. We only wanted 2 burgers and water.
Room was fairily clean but the floors and bedding looked like they wrent fully cleaned.

Its a great location, right by the stadium and in Navy Yard which has quick access to the Wharf and other locations with prime food options.
Negatives:
I wish that housekeeping came around everyday that we were there. Our beds weren’t remade at all, and we didn’t get fresh towels. It was a 2 night stay. After coming home from an event on day 2 we expected beds made and fresh towels, but it looks like the room wasn’t even entered.
