Positives:
The hotel was clean and close to the ballpark.
Negatives:
The valet had the parking in the front of the hotel full, with no place to pull off. I spoke to the front desk, they told me I had to deal with the valet people. Very rude staff the entire time we were there. We had to park down the street late at night and walk due to the same issue. Valet is the only option and very expensive compared to similar hotels. The hotel restaurant was also very expensive. 3 mixed drinks and 6 hot wings for almost $70.00

Positives:
The proximity to Nationals Stadium and Audi field. Very short walk to each. The restaurant was very nice, good food but very pricey. And randomly closed for breakfast- and there are no other options.
Negatives:
The events on the weekends in the roof or conference room- very loud music lasting past midnight. I am fine with loud but it was quite loud in the room especially the base of the music. Several times no housekeeper came to the room.

Many of the lights in the room were burnt out. Lighting in bathroom was very dim. No complimentary water. Rooftop bar was closed all weekend due to private parties

The hotel was beautiful, the room was very comfortable. It is close to Nationals Park. The metro train is about 15 minutes away. They have all the towels and supplies as we needed them.
Negatives:
Saturday night, there was a party on the roof until about 2AM. You could hear it all through the building as well as outside the hotel. The restaurant is very expensive and there is no restaurant very close. Parking is valet only. They have some food and drink in a refrigerator and charge a lot for it. $4 for a bottle of water and $15 for a small salad. They are building directly across the street, so expect to be awakened at 6AM, as I was for 2 of the nights I stayed. I didn't think you could start construction that soon, but that was the time.

The room was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Convenient to ballpark.
Negatives:
The staff was on cell phone and were bothered when checking in. At night the rooftop club was loud and lobby was packed with visitors and my daughter is in a wheelchair and we had to wait several times for elevator. The music was loud till after midnight on Friday and Saturday and had a hard time sleeping. Road in front of hotel was congested in both directions. Poorly managed.
