The location was great. thats pretty much it , accessibility to downtown .
But i had bed bug bite me all over . The bedsheets weren't clean.
Negatives:
They over charged my credit card from the first day i got there, i complained and they said it was a mistake. that they will reverse it. Then they started removing random monies from my account that had no clear explanations. i spent 3 nights there and so far they have deducted over 2500cad from my account. I have sent an email to thier GM . he/she hasn't replied me yet. They even got access to my debit card which i didn't give them and i don't know how they were able to deduct money from my debit card. after i had checked out, i saw a deduction of 297cad dollars on my debit cards. I do not know what to make of all of this as i need their GM to respond to my email with a receipt of my 3nights at the hotel and highlight all the unscrupulous and crazy charges on my CC. This is my first experince with this and this whole ordeal is crazy .

The hotel was clean and close to the ballpark.
Negatives:
The valet had the parking in the front of the hotel full, with no place to pull off. I spoke to the front desk, they told me I had to deal with the valet people. Very rude staff the entire time we were there. We had to park down the street late at night and walk due to the same issue. Valet is the only option and very expensive compared to similar hotels. The hotel restaurant was also very expensive. 3 mixed drinks and 6 hot wings for almost $70.00

Positives:
The proximity to Nationals Stadium and Audi field. Very short walk to each. The restaurant was very nice, good food but very pricey. And randomly closed for breakfast- and there are no other options.
Negatives:
The events on the weekends in the roof or conference room- very loud music lasting past midnight. I am fine with loud but it was quite loud in the room especially the base of the music. Several times no housekeeper came to the room.
