Rude staff( specifically lady with glasses and short hair cut), wasn’t allowed to access the roof if it wasn’t a event, always an event not fair that we had to pay for the event with the amount of money we paid for the room the rooftop should have been free for us or we should have been able to go on the roof to see the view better,parking was stupid valet was very expensive, tv didn’t properly work , 1 elevator was out so the wait for the elevator was INSANE with all the events y’all have the guest had to wait in very long lines because the event people were hogging the 1 elevator, shower door wouldn’t close I’m not happy about this stay at all . Wish I could get my money back

Very close to the ballpark and the room was modern and had a nice view of the Capitol, Washington monument and the ballpark. The rooms had good insulation given there was a loud party on the roof and we couldn’t hear anything in our room but could hear it from the hall.
Negatives:
One elevator was broken and the hotel restaurant had one server doing everything in the Sunday morning rush which caused slow service (not her fault she did her best!) I wouldn’t recommend the location. It’s a far walk from the metro and there aren’t any restaurants or stores immediately near by. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the hotel due to the surrounding area. Plus there was construction across the street as well. I am not sure why this hotel is rated a 4 star hotel.
