Positives:
Everything was very good, the reception, the location and the best thing was that the taxis were on the corner so you could go wherever you wanted. The hotel had a parking lot, that was the best because you didn't need to go anywhere if you needed a car, but we didn't use it. We preferred to use a taxi.

I left my sunglasses (Prada worth $350) in the room and went back to get within 20 mins but front desk, housekeeping and security denied finding them. I clearly remember leaving them in my room and was shocked when they said they didn't find anything in the room. Something is clearly not right ! The room was not assigned to another customer. I tried talking to the staff but was no one provided me clear answers. I have submitted another request to search the room! Very unhappy about the whole incident. For a 4 star hotel and a well known hotel chain, this is very disappointing!

Positives:
Location is excellent. Room size was very good for a family of 4. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The stay was comfortable. My so had a little accident and hurt his head and the staff came to help right away and iced the wound. That first aid was important and we got it first hand. We are very thankful. The daily Lyft and food vouchers were great too!!

The building is a bit old and the vent covers both fell out.

Staff were ( mostly) kind and friendly
Negatives:
Asked for housekeeping, and we were ignored. My daughter was ill and asked for later clean receptionist wasn't happy rude and short with me said ok but has to be 1.30pm. I dragged sick child out of bed at 1.30pm and no clean happened had to ask 3 times until it finally happened at 6pm!
Also, fon't make my mistake check invoice before leaving! I made two calls to rebook museum and have been charged over $40 and hotel now ignoring my emails!
