I like the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel. I also appreciated the availability of free drinking water in the lobby.
Negatives:
Restaurant staff were not friendly. We were not able to check in at exactly 4PM and it wasn't clear what was causing the delay.

Positives:
Comfortable room. Employee at check in was not welcoming and a bit aloof, but the employee the next morning at front desk was super nice. Ditto for the Starbucks staff. Ice machines weren’t working.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable. The hall activity was quiet. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown SW/SE waterfront. The room had two beds and a comfortable lounge chair.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I wasn't vacationing instead of working two very long hour days at the Broccoli City Festival. I didn't like that I didn't try the breakfast.
