My only interaction with staff was at check in and check out. Check in staff was courteous but did the absolute minimum, made no effort to supply additional information or find out if I might need additional services. Check out was quick and she made an effort to be very friendly. The room was clean but cramped. Refrigerator was set to lowest temp and froze what I put in there. Printed materials in room were not as extensive as I am used to.
