Negatives: Lack of water in fitness center Overpriced breakfast Terrible breakfast service Expensive parking No dresser in room Elevator problems Inadequate housekeeping services

Negatives: I've stayed here several times. Staff isn't very professional. The woman running the bar area was hitting on me and it made for an awkward moment.

Negatives: I found the cost of staying very expensive though and that would be the only reason for not staying again in future or recommending to friends who mainly travel in a restricted budget. Also, after paying $400 approx a night, there is no free coffee in reception where I wanted to work on my laptop (though there is in the room) and the cost of parking was quoted as $52 for a night which I found expensive.

Negatives: The rooms are only cleaned every second day. I was not informed of this on check in nor are there signs in the room or information on the booking receipt. When I rang the front desk about it, he hung up on me

Negatives: It was significantly more then the totoal given on here

Negatives: The room was spacious, however it did not have any closet or wardrobe to put your clothes in. Also, we booked room for 3 people (2 adults 1 child) with breakfast included rate. However, basically every morning of the stay it was challenge to get what we paid for. First they were surprised we have breakfast included, then we received breakfast vouchers - but only two - so basically no food for child. Every voucher gives you one coffee/tea (no espresso or similar, only filter coffee), one juice/water and one meal from menu. Quality of food was good, but if you are on a vacation you want to relax and not to argue every morning about breakfast. In the end, we always got breakfast also for our child for free, but the "voucher" concept does not work well. We would suggest changing the concept or not to offer breakfast included rates at all.

Negatives: We requested more toilet tissue - got none. The commode clogged immediately and we requested a plunger - got none. Water pressure in the sink and commode was poor. Bartender talked way too much. Staff didn't have much information on surrounding restaurants. Water spicket in gym was painfully slow. Why is there ice just on one floor?!? We booked with a complimentary breakfast, but staff didn't mention it.

Negatives: Rooms in tight size but Im saying that we had 4 in one room - size was good just not enough room for luggage

Negatives: No wardrobe and not enough hanging space.
