***Room was not cleaned during our stay! We paid over $1000 for our stay for 2 nights & no room cleaning? That is unacceptable…. No notice of such a policy in the room. Very dissatisfied with that!

I loved the staff. They were so friendly and willing to help us. Naya and Reynard were exceptional when interacting with us - a warm smile and a warm conversation made my stay there so much better.
Negatives:
The breakfast was too basic. The coffee was 'ok'. The dinner menu was nothing to get excited about. When sitting to the bar, having to watch the bartender run back and forth to cook in the kitchen took away from the bar experience.
The room could use a darkening shade, as the lights from outside shone in our room all night.
The in room coffee maker could use updating.
