Very spacious and clean room. Restaurant and a coffee shop downstairs. Walking distance from main DC sightseeing points and museums.

Great location , beautiful decor and very nice staff. The coffee offered in the morning to guests was excellent. I like to bakery downstairs for breakfast.

The room was much smaller than I expected. In addition, there was no desk making working from the room not very practical. There was a small table but no plug that could be used for the computer.

Positives:
Great location with nice city views within the walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds to relax after a long day. The staff was very helpful, and gave us a later checkout time. Would definitely stay again.

No hooks to put your towels on, the bathroom would benefit from the air exhaust.

A scary thought I had each time I headed up to my room...what if I loose my key on the way down the hallway to my room...and dont have my celphone? How would I get anyones attention?
Negatives:
For the price I paid, more than $300 per night, I expected a much nicer hotel... a grander entrance....perhaps including breakfast, or having a swimming pool... It was super basic....and overpriced. Supposedly it was higher priced due to cherry blossom season.... It was disappointing to discover cherry blossom peak had taken place 2 weeks previous.... There were very few cherry blossoms in sight.

Overall great experience. Helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, good wifi for video calls. Gym is also pretty decent, larger than average for smaller places.

No particular low points come to mind, though I did not have the chance to go to the breakfast buffet.
