Poor breakfast, old furniture! Dirty room. They also charged me an extra $100 without informing me, without any additional services taken! Upon arrival, I was told that parking was included in the hotel price, but upon departure, they charged me $33 per night, even though the parking price is $26 if you pay directly at the same parking. On top of all that, they took $30 for no reason, I contacted them and so far, I have not received any refund! I do not recommend this establishment! Go to a hotel downtown, you will pay a little more or even the same price for better service.

The pool was overcrowded with Swim Lesson unaffiliated with Hotel Guests. The unoccupied building was a little eerie.
Other than Embassy Suites, the building did not seem to have any other tenants other than Cheesecake Factory.

The hotel is poorly maintained. Many facilities are broken and have not been renovated. Hygiene is also very general. Buffet breakfast is not self-help, there are employees who are responsible for giving you food, and there are few types of breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Location is perfect if you’re riding the Metro into DC because the station is right below the hotel.

The hotel used to be a mall so the layout is a little confusing. Only certain elevators take you to certain levels. But once you get the hang of it, it’s not that bad.

Check in was quick and easy. The lady was very helpful and explained everything. The breakfast was great and the hours for breakfast were nice. Enjoyed having the metro station right under the hotel. Enjoyed having the Cheesecake Factory in the building as well. The room was very spacious for a family of 5.
Negatives:
The beds were not comfortable at all. Every time you sat down on them they sounded like they were going to break. The pool was shared with a swim club early in the day, although we didn't spend much time in the pool to be affected by it much.

The staff was not so friendly! my bathroom had dirt on the floor . My sheets was dirty. I called down to the front desk to get clean sheets. No one never showed up. Luckily, I seen housekeeping in the hallway the next morning and was able to grab some after going out to buy my own. Paying 600 and change just to stay two nights was not worth it at all. I stayed at plenty other hotels, never experience, unhappiness, with any other embassy suites. Considering embassy suites, is my favorite go to hotel this time very disappointed.
