Positives: The room was spacious and the hotel itself was beautiful to look at. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
Negatives: The room was not clean. The cleaning staff cleaned our room in about 5 mins. The rug looked dirty. Also the bathroom was dirty and we felt uncomfortable taking a shower.

Positives: The location was perfect! Just take an elevator down to the metro and into DC. The breakfast was amazing!
Negatives: They were out of hand soap. I'm not sure how that even happens. The hot tub was not working. The hotel could not help that there was construction right next door that started early in the morning.

Positives: I liked that the room was spacious, there was a lovely pool and hot tub, and a cheesecake factory in the building! The complementary breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff were helpful and nice. It was also really cool that the metro is underneath the hotel! The staff were super helpful and kind.

Positives: It was convenient to everything especially close to my daughter’s university. Also the staff is amazing. So friendly and kind. I will definitely come again when I have to visit my daughter. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience.

Positives: The rooms were nicely appointed, clean and relatively quiet. Complimentary breakfast and daily happy hour was included for each guest. The breakfast omelette was fabulous, and the hotel provided two free drinks during happy hour per guest. The hotel is located in a pavilion that includes a much appreciated metro station, making it very convenient for our daily sightseeing plans and for dinner plans after a fun but exhausting day.
Negatives: The ac unit was a bit loud, but worked well. The mattress on the pull out sofa in both rooms was awful. We ended up purchasing an inflatable mattress for our daughter at a nearby big box store. We set it up on the floor, and it made for an inexpensive fix. The restaurant area where breakfast was served was overly warm due to the design combined with a heatwave. Not a deal-breaker in our opinion though.
