Positives:
It was clean, beds were comfortable, had a large mini fridge. Location for the capital one arena is fantastic. Staff was friendly. They do have a free breakfast but we didn’t stay to try it.
Negatives:
Rooms are dated for the price. Bathrooms definitely need a renovation and our ac was so squeaky it sounds like birds tweeting in our room all night. Valet parking is 52. 60 with taxes and I gave a tip to the driver. Definitely pricy on top of the already expensive hotel room.

The location was great! Front desk was nice. I really like they have hard room flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. We use uber for transportation or walked everywhere.

Rooms were small, i had to do my own cleaning, before i felt comfortable.

There was not any benches outside the hotel to sit on when I travel I’m used to sitting on the outside my hotel enjoying the view. And then again we had to do valet parking which we wasn’t aware until we arrived! Also we didn’t like that the valet parking fee was added to hotel bill! Just so much unexpected things that occurred that we wasn’t prepared for!

For non native english speakers, staff did not make any effort to speak slowly and trying us to fully understand their indications. I found It rude. Not to mention, nobody speaks any other language, we speak Germán, italian, spanish and english ( non native) , but still was not a good communicative experience
