I didn't appreciate getting charged twice for the parking, when we stayed one night.
The front desk lady, told me she would remove it, and put it back into my card, But! It never was, I tried reaching the hotel, but! I could never get through, because the number I called was only for new reservations. And up to now I can't locate my confirmation email. So I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty in the hotel not refunding.

The breakfast was great. I liked the cocoa and tea that were available in the lobby all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant hotel. We love it!

The only issue I had was that the toilet seat was too low for my elderly parents.

The room is very small, much smaller then it looked online when booking. I booked a king bed room, corner studio. The bed was absolutely not a king size, not even a queen. It was somewhere between a full and queen, according to industry standards. Although, the location was good, there was no option, but to use valet parking at $60 a night. We ended up not staying.

Rooms are good: relatively spacious, good beds, iron, microwave etc. Seemed clean as well. No problem with rooms

Lobby is old and gloomy - does not feel like a good hotel. Staff at the reception and parking mostly unfriendly (only one person was friendly and accommodating). Bed smell in the lifts. Noisy air conditioner.
