Close to the memorials, easy to walk to the National Mall.

Parking seemed steep, with the fee, tax and a tip it was almost $80.

Room was okay, breakfast was good but crowded.
National Mall was 15 minutes walking distance which was convenient for me.
Gallery Place Metro station is only 4 minutes away.
Front Desk agents were nice.
Microwave and safety box in room.
Water and a nice collection of hot beverages is available 24/7. Nice afternoon complimentary cookies was a very nice gesture.
Negatives:
Location, for some reason the 'Chinatown' location was not obviously mentioned as the name 'Downtown' is a bit deceiving. I guess I could've stayed in a better location for the same or maybe less than the price I paid
Rooms need to be ventilated as I felt the lack of fresh air.
I understand that housekeeping service is only provided by request, but even the small 2 bottles of water wasn't provided daily in the room.
