The waffle maker at breakfast was the best part of the stay, and the coffee was good as well.
Negatives:
The staff could have been more professional and welcoming. For the price that we paid for the basic room, the staff could have been more professional and the valets could have been more available (though they were nice).
We had technical issues with the text to contact valet, and we did not like that you had to enter all your personal details to access "free wifi" in rooms.
