Positives:
The location was great with walking distance to the big sites. Easily accessible to bus and subway. Friendly staff. Wifi and breakfast included. Very comfortable beds!! And they had an indoor pool.
Negatives:
The pool had so much chlorine, it bleached my purple bathingsuit to a greyish pink in an hour. We also got rashes afterwards. That is my only true complaint. Maybe that the guest dryer was $4! (And someone opened it’s door and didn’t close it and restart it, so my stuff was still moist!)

I liked everything about our stay: comfortable bed, friendly staff, 24 h coffee & tea, good breakfast with gluten free bagels, comfortable lounge, small convenience store. Close to the White House and the subway. All good!

Excellent location, large and comfortable room. Varied continental breakfast. In addition, the hotel has a swimming pool, a gym and a laundry room (excellent if you're traveling for a long time, with an affordable price). Great staff.

The hotel was in an amazing location in the heart of Washington DC. We felt very welcomed by the reception staff who went above and beyond to make us feel lile we made the right choice going with this hotel. The room was clean, tidy and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to anything thinking of staying in the Washington DC area.
Negatives:
The breakfast could have had more variety on the hot food but not a deal breaker as everything else made up for it.
