The location was great.

That there was only one elevator working when the hotel was sold out. Also the parking garage was full as well. We had to park at the public garage.

The location was perfect for our needs. Cleanliness of the hotel was great.
Negatives:
The check-in staff was not very personable to anyone. It wasn’t just us, watching other guests check in, the front staff was annoyed all around. The valet attendant checking in guests, very rude, to multiple guests. There was only one elevator working during our stay. HIGHLY inconvenient for everyone and made getting to your room and out of the hotel an extra 10-15 minutes.

There was no drinking water in the room and we had to pay for it.
There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or bathroom essentials they brought us after asking many times.
We requested an hour late checkout and were refused in a rude manner.
There are no tissues in the room.

Hampton Inn cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before I arrived because they said they were overbooked. Only when I made a strident argument to the Manager did they “find” a room for me in the Inn.
