Was charged for things I never touched and had already paid for the room only to be told I had not. Security deposit was $75 but they charged me $90. Virtual key wouldn’t work half the time. Staff was not exactly helpful when asked questions. When I called to have the bill resolved (charges from items that were clearly never used) there was no help.

Very clean and comfortable. Coin laundry available. Tv and aircon worked well. Super comfy beds. Immaculate toilet and good quality toiletries. Unbeatable location right outside metro station. Ample room for luggage and walking in room.
