I liked that the property was around the corner from the metro train. So it was easy to commute around the city.
Negatives:
I did not like that it felt like the cleaning staff was rushing me out of the room towards the end. Check out was at 12:00 pm and they were trying to cleaning at 10am.

The cleanliness was good and acceptable.
Negatives:
The attitude of the counter person at the time of checking in; so stirctly adherent to the timing of check in (4pm, I reported at around 3pm; and there were rooms available). Finally I had requested another counter person who was kind enough to allocate the room.
ALSO : not friendly staff at the time of check out when I had misplaced my phone and did not make any effort to trace it EVEN THOUGH was informed on the telephone that an employee had found the phone.
ALSO very disappointing to note that the front desk did not have an ENVELOPE to palce the final receipt SAD!!!!

Except for the location and...
Positives:
The property was clean. The maids were good. It had fridge and microwave in the room. Also coffee and small creamer. You just realized how these little things matter when you go to a place (like NYC) and the hotels don’t offer these little perks.
Close to the Union Station and other metro station. Harris Teeter (grocery store) right under the hotel. It is a great place to stay.
