When I checked in, there was no remote controller for the TV. I asked for it and they brought up. Their AC unit is inside the room which makes it little noisy. Other than that it’s very good

A/C was not working. We called for someone to come check it. They said someone would be up right away. After waiting up til midnight we finally cut the lights out and just cut our losses for the night. It was a terrible nights sleep (probably slept about 2hrs total. The room for no cooler than 78 degrees and I’m 7 months pregnant. Not a great mix. We requested to have some of the room comped due to this. The manager complied, but now i have 2 pending charges in my account when the manager swore the first, larger charge was never processed and we’d only be charged the one time. Super inconvenient.

Convenient to local areas. Upon checkinour room was also not available so we were upgraded to a premiere king suite for free.
