Location and staff.

Food was overpriced for what it was. Spent $120 for 2 Adults and 2 children which included bagels with cream cheese, eggs and sausage plus coffee.

Although there were a number of lamps in around the room still have pretty poor lighting so I had to turn all the lamps on to see good.

extremely well located; standard amenities with small exercise area and no spa features

Poor attitude of staff. Everything was "a la carte" and overpriced. ..apparently understaffed or staffed with undermotivated (overworked) with a curiously poor attitude for such a relatively hi-end hotel (closest large hotel to U.S. Capitol building).

*room carpet needs replacement, many stains *tissue box was left with 3 tissues total *2 full size towels in the room-should at least be 3-4 for 2 adults *did not receive complimentary items associated with hilton rewards with room check-in

The room had a bad odor, poor plumbing and no heat. The staff was rude and did nothing to fix the situation I would never stay at this hotel again Spoke with upper management and I now understand why the rest of the staff is so rude

I didnt like they didnt have complinary breakfast for how much the rooms are I would think breakfast would be free
