It was a great location, walking distance to the ballpark and close to all the sites. The staff was very informative and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would come back again and stay!
Negatives:
The breakfast, though good, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of guest. Never seemed to keep up with the hot food, we actually had to go out for breakfast on one day because there wasn't any hot food available.

Positives:
The hotel was close to the Stadium, 1 mile from the waterfront and about 1 mile to the Capitol. Public transportation was close by. We enjoyed the roof deck, and the free breakfast.
Negatives:
The parking was too expensive, after taxes and fees it was almost $70/night. There were no other parking options in the area. When there is a concert at the venue across the street it is very loud.
