I stayed in room 1121 and the kitchen area did not have working lights. Not a big deal for the purposes of my trip but would definitely be disappointed if I had needed to use that area. Also the desk lamp did not work

The service and foyer meant we cancelled our stay. General Manager was lovely and understood why.
Can't comment on the rooms, breakfast or facilities as we didn't end up staying.

General service at check in and foyer was dirty. Didn't give us confidence in our stay so we cancelled and found something else.
