The location was perfect for visiting the museums. It's walkable to those and to a great restaurant. The staff was great and apologized for the delay. The valet parking guy was wonderful! He really went above and beyond.

The delay getting into the room due to housekeeping cleaning it past the check in time so we ended up sitting in the lobby waiting.

The service wasn’t the greatest. Room service doesn’t really clean. Just replace your towels and fix the sheets, but it was very obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet and after a week stay, it started to feel not the cleanest in our bathroom…

Diamond at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room had the best view and I hope to stay in the same room -again!

All the dishes in the room were dirty. Lipstick in the glasses. The door to the bedroom in suite was super hard to close but we managed. The breaker was flipped in the bedroom and nothing worked until we figured it out.

The accommodation was nice. The rooms are comfortable and really spacious. Even with the child we had enough space. The location is very good.

The breakfast was average and nothing special about it. The breakfast was served on plastic or paper plates, which I find disgusting, not eco-friendly and it ruins the overall breakfast experience. The staff's communication was a bit measured. Laundry is available, but for a fee. You need coins that we didn't get at the reception. We had to go to the nearby shops for change, where the employees were obviously annoyed. We were especially disappointed that we forgot some nice clothes in our closet, which were no longer found. But if you are looking for a pleasant room at a reasonable price, you will not be disappointed.

The housekeeping service has been very poor during our 7-day stay. Our room has not been cleaned at all—only the linens and towels were changed. The toilet and room remained uncleaned. We requested shampoo, but it took 2 hours to arrive, despite multiple calls and even going to the reception personally. When I inquired about the delay, the staff responded in a very rude manner, raising their voice and saying they were too busy.
The only positive experience we had was with the receptionist, Lala, who was helpful during our check-in.
