Negatives:
The mirror had a broken corner and very dangerous and sharp edges, which is especially important if you have a child.
An outdated TV that cannot be connected to a smartphone and the cable was torn out of the floor.
Bed linen looks stale and torn in places.
One burner on the stove is not working.
Also my room was not ready for my arrival and they offered me another one with a worse view.
In general, Im already accustomed to the fact that the standard of hotels in the USA is much worse than in Europe and leaves much to be desired, but this hotel is simply terrible.
Separately, it is worth noting paid parking for $50 per day.

First room 1213 no AC, made them aware at 12:34pm at 6:47pm still no service had to call again and act ugly to get their maintenance to come up to only day this unit need to be changed out. We had to sit in this hot room as they informed us that we just had to wait. Needless to say we paid in advance since February 2024.

The staff is exceptionally helpful. Best customer service by far. There is hot breakfast every day and the location was perfect. The gym had everything you could possibly need for a good workout.

The staff was polite and enthusiastic and with a positive attitude. The cleaning staff was not understanding well enough English to bring us a plunger when called to our room.

We arrive at the hotel at 4.30 pm on a Sunday and our room was not ready for us. We had to wait. Time to response for a maintenance call way too long and when asked to receive sheets for the sofa bed, the sheet was delivered over an hour later , we received one sheet and not even the fitted sheet and it was dropped for us to make the bed for our children when we arrived later back to our room after dinner.
