Positives: Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my 1st time in Washington DC, and they made my stay that much more easier. 1 staff member recommended a great restaurant and the shuttle guy gave me lots of information to get around. Best staff ever!

Positives: The neighborhood is up and coming. The staff were friendly.
Negatives: The pull out sofa bed was broken and impossible to sleep comfortably on. We had to ask three times for full linens for the sofa bed. The pool and gym were closed for renovation.

Positives: Staff was outstanding! Liked the convenience of the shuttle. Breakfast was delicious. Appreciated having microwave and full frig in room and free washer and dryer.
Negatives: Had a little difficulties getting room temp to stay consistent but was able to adjust it to comfortable temperatures

Positives: The staff was very nice.
Negatives: I had 3 roaches in my room (I showed the staff evidence) and I also got charged more than 2,500 dollars for charges I was not supposed to get charged. I only stayed for ONE NIGHT. And de refund took a full week. So I was $2,500 short on my trip starting

Positives: The room was bigger than most rooms in Washington DC. This hotel is very close to Union MARKET, but has a shuttle to Union SQUARE if needed. Homewood's location is perfect if you plan to visit Gallaudet or Union Market. Breakfast was good.
Negatives: NA- I stayed at three different hotels in Washington DC and this hotel by far was my favorite hotel.

Positives: The breakfast was amazing. Everyday there were Potatoes and Eggs and some kind of sausage. There was a wide range of things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Negatives: The shuttle needs to be able to take its guest to the National Mall. A one mile zone is not big enough. Also they need a shuttle to the airport. This was not offered and so we spent a lot of money on Ubers.

Negatives: 1. The room was not cleaned according to the schedule we were given. 2. We asked the van driver for pickup at the Union Station at 5:00 PM. We waited 15 minutes but he never came.
