Location - bang on the beautiful Wharf with an eclectic array of eateries nearby, close enough to variety of public transport (walking distance to 2 tube stations and Shuttle bus service also available, buses, taxis/Uber easily available), just over a mile from the Mall, riverside memorials, and museums.
Breakfast was varied and sumptuous.
Reception staff were helpful.
Room amenities great for small families with fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle. AC was spot on. Comfy bed with good all-out blind and sound proof for peaceful sleep.

Parking, the amount you have to pay for parking is ridiculous!! We arrived on a Saturday night and there was no parking near the hotel and had to park and drag our luggage blocks to get to lobby!!!!

This place was immaculate. Absolutely beautiful hotel, our room was lovely, and the view was incredible! T he staff was very kind, and breakfast was delicious. Lots of food choices and everything was fresh. There was even valet service offered. We plan to come back.

I wish it was a bit easier to find, or have better signage showing where to go. After we got parked though, no complaints.

I liked the variety of the breakfast items. Had a river view which was amazing. There were convenient restaurants and easy access to public transportation if you want to travel to the downtown area.
