The hotel is located very close to Capitol. Easy access to everywhere in DC. NoMA metro station is at 5 min walk.
Negatives:
The room:
- the opaque blinds were missing, we had only translucid blinds.
- ventilation system is poor.
- noisy due to low isolation.
- imediat refurbish required
Breakfast:
- we stayed for 9 days, so we noticed the menu rotation. Only scrambled eggs, sausages, beef and corn, waffles, bacon bits, yogurt, canned fruits, jelly, peanut butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, orange and apple juice. No vegetables.
- be ready to eat on cardboard plates with plastic cutlery
Staff:
- fair, but distant. It seems they are also not so happy with the services they provide
The neighborhood is not so safe during the night, therefore it is recommended to avoid walking.

The localization is great. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is clean.

The attendant who checked me in made 3 incorrect charges on my card. We didnt receive the room key (card) when we arrived, and it was only provided a few hours later. The first room that was assigned had a non-functional bathroom and the air conditioning wasnt cooling properly. During check-out, they made an incorrect charge

The water in the shower didnt get that hot and we had to get the AC looked at but it was done quickly.
