Positives:
Conveniently located close to Union Station and many of the Must-see sights was a true plus point. We got a room with 2 queen beds that was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Our bathroom door had a little trouble closing but one call to the front desk and they quickly sent a staff member to help fix it. They have a good range to choose from for their breakfasts and a pool to use as well. The staff and especially the front desk was exceptional. Shout out to Nevaeh for such a personalized and pleasant experience.
Negatives:
I would recommend carpets in the rooms being professionally cleaned and investing in new bedsheets and covers. The box frame of the bed looked like it could use some cleaning (like something spilled on it a long time ago).

Best parts is the proximity to a metro station (NoMa), 5 min walk. 7-11, supermarket, dominos all close by. The included hot breakfast is actually pretty decent. Only real downfall was that they oversold the rooms that I booked, so my group was squeezed into rooms we didn't book. They were unable to honor the reservation I made on booking.com, then blamed Booking.com.

The bed and breakfast were great. The front desk people were wonderful.

The person in-charge of Valet was not efficient. He skipped us waiting in line to get my car so we had to wait a little longer than the person behind us.
The bathroom door needs to be fixed. The lock needs a trick to make it work. A stopper would help reduce extra noise from closing the door.
Parking wasn’t mentioned clearly that it is a valet parking only. I had to pay extra fee for parking. Lastly, It was very inconvenient to park to check in.
There were no beddings for the third bed. I had to ask for it.
