No parking, isn’t nice neighborhood
We came late than we was supposed to bc traffic and doesn’t have people in front the desk we needed to waiting few minutos to make sure we will be able to go to the room.
In the food room, some note We were not able
to get plates (paper plates) more than one. Had a note up the microwave. It isn’t good to see it. And a lot fleas around food

Sofa was dingy we choose not to use. Bed linen ripped, old dust on edges from ages ago throughout edge of bed & room. Ceiling cracked, old dingy carpet, no decor throughout halls. Been in better places for way less. We expected more from Hyatt, disappointed.

The day of check in the gentleman at the front desk was kind and very helpful. We had an issue with the AC and he sent an engineer up to the room and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. However later that night into the next morning we noticed the AC was not working and called the front desk at 4 am and there was no answer. After several failed attempts to contact the front desk. I gave up as it was nearly time to check out and head to my aunt’s memorial service.
