There were no pillows or blankets for the hide-a-bed for my daughter. When I contacted the front desk to request them, I was told there were no pillows available in the entire hotel, but that I could be given two small blankets. One to use as a pillow and the other as a blanket. It was extremely ridiculous and uncomfortable.

Our room was not ready until 5:30ish pm. Check in was 4pm. Elevator was very slow so it was always packed. Going down with a stroller took 30mins of waiting.
