Positives:
The hotel is descent. Very central to establishments we wanted to go. Hotel staffs are very cordial and helpful.
Negatives:
Parking fee was absurd! It was only later on that we learned that there are parking areas just around the corners that offer more reasonable prices as low as $35/overnight compared to Hyatt which is $65/overnight excluding tax.
And the shower was harsh on the skin.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Staff were excellent (with extra high marks for Eddie at the front desk).
Negatives:
Toilet was old and water fill didn’t turn off unless we took tank lid off and jiggled some part. There were ants in the bathroom the last 2 days we were there. Just a few and not a big deal for us.

Everything about this hotel is great. Staff was excellent. Location is even better; one block from
White House. Check in and check out was seamless. Breakfast buffet looked great ($11/person). Upstairs rooftop bar and lounge was fabulous.

Bong and Jason and Jenny and the other breakfast staff...helpful, Friendly & efficient!. I did not catch the name of the tall black girl.I think she had a tattoo that said Celeste.On her map , but she was so friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
We were in room seven twelve and the blinds were not aligned on the window but it did not ruin our trip. Unfortunately, though our TV had 3 white spots on it.That probably should be replaced.

Positives:
The location of the hotel is excellent in view of the fact that many of the attractions in the area can be visited without using public transport.
The common areas of the hotel are well soundproofed and the cleanliness of the common areas seemed adequate for the price range. The staff is very polite and attentive.
Negatives:
There was a loud noise coming from the ventilation/air conditioning system even when the system was OFF. In order to be able to sleep, we had to use earplugs.
The other thing that could be improved is cleanliness in the rooms. Some items could be machine washed to remove stains and not feel dirty. And for the bathroom, it is enough for the cleaning staff to raise the standard so that there are at least no visible impurities.
