We booked the hotel thinking we would be able to enjoy a drink and views from their rooftop terrace, unfortunately they book out the rooftop terrace to the public every night of the week with no access to hotel guests. Very disappointed and disgusted by the hotel not prioritising their guests comfort and experience.

Great hotel, clean, nicely designed and located on 10 minutes walking distance from Dupont Circle Metro.
Negatives:
In terms of value for money, this hotel is to my opinion too expensive.
The same applies for the food (breakfast and dinner).
No swimming pool or other spa facilities (only gym) and outside the building they only have a small terrace for guests of the restaurant.

I was initially allocated a room at the front of the hotel. The road noise was so loud I hardly slept a wink the first night, even with ear plugs.
Thankfully, I switched to a room at the back which was so much better.
