The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk to the Smithsonian museums which we love and a walk to the train station.

The restaurant is very good but not open on Sunday. I would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was nice.

I made the reservation about 2 hours before I arrived at 7pm. When I checked in, it was like a sauna b/c the a/c was broken for some period of time. The hotel should not have been accepting reservations.

We were told this was a 4.5 star hotel and it was a 2.5 maybe 3 at best. The rooms were similar to any roadside hotel. The bed was awful- old and creaky. The linens were some of the worst Ive slept on. There were huge stains on the walls and ceilings.
