Positives:
I liked that it was super close to the capital one arena and how I was able to bring my dogs with me and now having to worry about a pet deposit. They also had dog beds for my dogs which was awesome! The room was super clean and the staff was AWESOME.
Negatives:
There really was not any grass for the dogs so if you have dogs that are only used to going in the grass you may have an issue. You also have to understand that his hotel is in the city so it is pretty understandable why they do not.

The hotel is gorgeous. The bar was buzzing. Complimentary wine for happy hour and coffee in the morning was a nice treat.

The hallways are super long so your room might be a bit of a walk to get to but the architecture is worth it.

Location was great, walked across the street to the capital one arena for our concert. Rooms were huge and had lots of charm. Staff friendly. Food incredible. We'll be back!
Negatives:
Clearer parking options. I ended up using the valet service, but if i didn't, I wasn't really sure where to go for parking. There are parking garages nearby, but they all seemed full.

Positives:
The building itself is very cool , it’s an old post office. It is directly across from this Smithsonian, American art gallery, and the Washington Arena a block and a half from Chinatown about five blocks or so from the convention center ,very nice location. Our room has a lion head bas relief Over the bed, which is kind of different!!!! Shower was nice and strong. My deluxe king had a little desk with a lamp and a nice roommate closet. There is a folding mirror in the bathroom for make up and nice toiletries. The bathrobes did not exist but there is a yoga mat . The room is very quiet, even though we’re on the first floor Facing seventh Street.
Negatives:
You have to ask for the coffee maker as opposed to it just being in the room.
