The neighborhood was terrible, the location was not clean, there was not even a blanket on the bed, the smell of marihuana was awful, in less than 20 min we saw 3 cockroaches, inmediately left un until now the haven’t refund me the money for the four nights I supposed to be there

The room was nothing like the picture, and there were cockroaches so bad they fell from the ceiling when we closed the door. We will have to fumigate our luggage when we get home and won't even be taking our bags in the house.

- the bed wasn't flat
- the shower/tub leaked for 2 days and maintenance never came to find/fix the problem
so there was a constant, growing puddle on the bathroom floor
- there was no ashtray in the smoking room
- ALL of the movies on cable were in Spanish
- we could not hook up the Roku
- the "neighbors" fought in the halls

the last time I stay...
Positives:
They allowed dogs without a fee. It was close to downtown DC.
Negatives:
The room smelled of mold. The sheets were stained. There was a cigarette burn in the tub. The room smelled moldy. The bathroom door was falling apart. The motel needs some serious updates. We asked for new sheets and were told by the night manager he didn't have any to give us and that housekeeping wouldn't be there until morning.
