Positives:
Definitely the great location and the price. Nice vibe and cool deco. The room is small but everything you need is there. Very nice staff. Cool lobby/gathering at the first floor.
Negatives:
No laundry room :( Somehow the boiler broke and they didn't get it fixed after two days so I had two days of cold showers bummer.. it is just unfortunate for me probably won't happen that often. would feel better if they offer anything but no notifce was sent in advance.. I knew the situation only bc I called to ask.

Positives:
My and my friend enjoyed the location of the Moxy. Close to many restaurants, and things to do in DC. The vibes at moxy are very modern and chic. The hangout area on the first level is cool, and the people working at the hotel were nice.
Negatives:
No warm water!!! We took cold showers because the water never warmed up! Not a huge deal because we only stayed for one night but be aware of this if staying for multiple nights. Also, the “bathroom” is in the middle of the room with glass walls that are blurred… you can see through them! I went with a friend so we had to turn away when one of us were showering or using toilet! So be aware if traveling with friend or significant other if you aren’t that comfortable yet lol! Also, the rooms are tiny! There is no closet, desk, mini fridge. I believe they make you aware of this before booking but definitely 2 people is the absolute max in one room!

Positives:
The location is excellent and close to the Whitehouse downtown
Rooms are nicely styled albeit a bit compact
Negatives:
Under staffed and the staff were consistently unfriendly
Also focused more on their rooftop club than managing their guests
In the evening the lobby is dominated by a queue of people trying to get into the lift for the rooftop club which is all a bit seedy

The queen sized bunk bed was pushed flushed against the wall. The only outlet in the sleeping area was behind the pillows. I slept every night with my cell phone and watch charging in the bed.

I liked that we could walk to many attractions and that there was a valet service I could purchase at the hotel.
Negatives:
The room wasn't deep cleaned there was some hair and dirt around the bed and sink. Snacks were very expensive.
