To check in it took almost two hours, we missed our dinner reservation. When it was time to check in they said they couldn’t accommodate the room we already paid for, due to overbooking. When we got to our room the fridge was broken, the bathroom wall paper was peeling. There was mold in various spots and the faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. We had no control over the temperature of our room. The AC “can’t be turned on” because they are keeping the heat on through April???! We were extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep, get ready etc. This trip was for my birthday. We spent 2 miserable nights in this hotel on our DC trip.
