The room is a just not what a business traveller needs. There is no desk or surface to work on of any sort, there is grossly insufficient lighting, the AC is seriously noisy, there was no cold water, the light switch in the bathroom was behind the door, and the breakfast service was abrupt and unwelcoming. And the bed linen is strange with the bed sheet not actually fitting the bed.

2. Staff at the cafeteria were very unprofessional. Waiting time was too long. Waiter did take notes of our special wishes but the served food ignored our requests completely.

when you pre-pey for breakfast it's actually a voucher to use in the riggs cafe, which has excellent food but also very very expensive, so there's no way to feel full with the credit allowence they give you. They also forgot to award us another voucher for one of the guests and had to spend 15 minutes at checkout until they sorted it out. When I pay for a hotel and have breakfast included, I don't want to be on a budget and don't want to be limited with what I can eat. that's not "breakfast included".
